TVCatchup allows users to watch TV from over 50 different channels live over the Internet. It is also possible to watch programmes using a tablet, mobile phone or games console. In short, television without a TV.

Now the not so good news:

• Unfortunately, the service is only available if you are in the UK.
• You  must have a UK TV licence to watch TVCatchup - everyone in the UK has to pay £145.50 for a licence to watch TV. This is how the BBC is funded.
